What you are buying

A one-time purchase of the files listed at checkout: a program PDF, and depending on the option, a memorial page for 12 months, and, with Everything, a slideshow in several formats and a memory book. There is no subscription.

Your content

You keep every right to what you upload. You promise it is yours to use: the photographs, the words, and any music you add for the private version of the slideshow.

Photos and memories from others

If family and friends send photos and memories through your link, you decide what is included in the program, and the promise above covers what you include.

Music

Music you upload is used only in the files you download for the service; it is never played from the hosted memorial page.

Memorial pages

Pages are public to anyone with the address. You moderate the guestbook. We may take a page down if it is reported and breaks these terms, and we will tell you if that happens.

Refunds

You see a preview of every file before you pay, so purchases are final and we do not give refunds. If a file does not work as it should, reply to the receipt email and we will fix it.

What we are not

A printer, a funeral home, or a legal service. We make files. Check the printed program before the service; mistakes in what was typed are easy to fix and re-download.
