Who makes this

My name is Mike. I created this site because I had helped my wife with a few unfortunate passings, and she was so good at it that family members asked for her help. I wanted to expand this to help others out during these difficult times.

What this is

Memorial Program Studio makes a printed funeral program, a slideshow of photographs and a memorial web page for everyone who cannot be there. You answer one question at a time and add photographs. We do the layout, the slideshow and the page, and you see all of it before you pay.

How the guides are checked

Each guide is read, corrected and approved by Mike before it is published, and nothing goes up without that reading. Where a guide describes a church's order of service, a print shop's requirements or the rules about music, the details are checked against sources rather than assumed.

Customs differ between families, churches and places. When a guide describes what is usual, treat it as a starting point, and ask your officiant or funeral director about anything that matters to you.

If you find a mistake, write to hello@memorialprogramstudio.com and it will be corrected.

What happens to the photographs

The photographs and words you add are used only to make your program, slideshow and memorial page, and to send you the receipt and the link back to your files. The photographs are never used for anything else, never shared and never sold. A session you do not pay for is deleted after 7 days, paid files after 30 days, and a memorial page after 12 months unless you choose to keep it. The full policy is on the privacy page.
